Refund

Cancel any time. Access lasts through the paid month. We do not send a prorated cash refund unless the law requires it.

Cancel

Self-serve is monthly, and there are three plans: Researcher at $29, Power at $79, and Desk at $499. Stripe bills the month up front. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Keys work until then, and after that the paid routes stop while the samples stay public. There is no annual SKU, no free plan, and no seat to remove before you cancel.

Cash

We keep the fee for the month already billed. We do not prorate to cash or account credit when you cancel mid-cycle, unless a statute or regulator requires it. There is no 30-day money-back window.

Write operations@aqx.llc if we charged twice, charged the wrong plan, or missed a cancel that already showed in the portal, and we will reverse the charge.

No refund when we close an account for breaking the terms or acceptable use.

Switching plans

Moving between plans happens in the Stripe portal, and Stripe prorates the change against the rest of the billing period. A downgrade lowers the rate limit and the key cap at once, so revoke keys above the new cap before you switch. Every plan reads the same history, so a switch changes limits and file access rather than what you can query.

Commercial

Commercial licenses are not Stripe SKUs. Any refund on those invoices is in the license, not this page.
